At VIOFO UAE, we strive to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. Please review our return policy below:
1. Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted only for unopened dashcams and accessories within 7 days of delivery.
- To be eligible, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all seals, labels, and accessories intact.
2. Opened Products
- Opened products are not eligible for return unless they are found to have a manufacturing defect.
- Products with physical damage, missing parts, or damage caused by incorrect installation or misuse will not be accepted.
3. Defective or Faulty Items
- If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Our team will inspect the product and, if a defect is confirmed, offer a replacement or repair as per the warranty terms.
4. Return Process
- To initiate a return, please email us with your order number, reason for return, and photos/videos of the product (if defective).
- Once approved, you will receive instructions for return shipping or drop-off.
- Products returned without prior authorization may be rejected.
5. Refunds
- Refunds for eligible unopened returns will be processed within 7–10 business days after inspection and confirmation.
- Shipping fees, if any, are non-refundable.
