For Installation Service
By booking and using the VIOFO Dash cam Home Installation Service provided by Ludhiana LLC, you (“Customer”) agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Service Overview
Ludhiana LLC offers professional installation of VIOFO dashcams at the customer’s location. The service includes basic wiring and mounting of the dash cam and any included accessories, in accordance with manufacturer recommendations.
2. Booking and Availability
- Installation appointments are subject to availability.
- Exact time slots may vary depending on technician schedules and location.
- Ludhiana LLC reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances.
3. Customer Responsibilities
- Customer must ensure that the vehicle is accessible and available at the agreed time and location.
- The vehicle must be parked in a shaded area, not under direct sunlight, to ensure the technician can perform the installation comfortably and safely.
- The parking location must have sufficient space for all vehicle doors to open fully, allowing the technician to access necessary areas.
- Customer must disclose any aftermarket modifications or systems that may interfere with the installation.
- The vehicle must be parked in a safe and legally permissible location for the duration of the service.
4. Scope of Work
- The installation includes setup of the dashcam, hardwiring (if applicable), cable management, and a basic functionality check.
- The service does not include permanent modifications, custom wiring beyond the standard kit, or integration with third-party systems.
- Any additional labor, accessories, or modifications beyond the standard installation will incur extra charges.
5. Warranty and Support
- Ludhiana LLC provides a 12 month workmanship guarantee on the installation service.
- Product-related issues (e.g., dash cam malfunctions or accessories malfunctions) must be handled under the manufacturer’s warranty.
6. Limitation of Liability
Ludhiana LLC takes reasonable care in providing this service, but shall not be held responsible for any direct or indirect damage to the customer’s vehicle or electrical system resulting from the installation, including but not limited to battery drain, fuse issues, software conflicts, or vehicle warranty-voidance.
In the unlikely event of a service-related issue, the maximum liability of Ludhiana LLC is limited to a full refund of the installation fee only.
7. Cancellation & Rescheduling
- Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance will be refunded in full.
- Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee.
- Rescheduling requests must be made at least 12 hours before the scheduled time.
8. Service Refusal
Ludhiana LLC reserves the right to refuse service in the following situations:
- Unsafe installation environment
- Vehicle incompatibility
- Customer non-compliance with preparation requirements
9. Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction in which the service is provided.
